Full Job Description
· Source candidates from various social media platforms and job portals· Formatting resumes, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, scheduling candidate calls, in addition to evolving with the needs of the team as it relates to the responsibilities of this role.· Recruitment Responsibilities including sourcing applicants, video screening applicants, monitoring and reviewing applications.· Deliver qualified, diverse candidate pipelines for both immediate and forecast hiring needs as determined by leadership to support the Talent Acquisition Team.· Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.· Highly organized with rigorous attention to detail, able to multi-task as well as take Initiative and the ability to prioritize, learn new concepts, and work well in a team environment is essential.· Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant major.· Experience in Recruiting/Human Resources or other relevant department- nice to have· Previous online recruiting experience on multiple platforms preferred.· Proficiency with all Microsoft Office Suite and google docs/Gmail software.· Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials at all times.· Candidate will work on US shift timing.Job Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Night shiftUS shiftCOVID-19 considerations:the work is remote basedEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)corporate recruitment: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Work Remotely:Yes
