We are hiring for Customer support executive for IT Software firm at Chinchwad location in Pune.
Qualification: Any Graduate or min 12+ std with excellent english communication & convincing skills.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs in handling customer coordination/support activities
Work location: Chinchwad in Pune

Coordinate customer leads to verify information & provide accurate reporting on leads
Understand Customer needs & indetify the bottlenecks / issues faced by customer due to traditional working style.
Arrange demo with customer & share Software features those are useful for customers
Give online Demo presentation for IT Software product & clarify resolution for their needs.
Customer followup as per their availability & do the order processing or submit quotation.
Build relationships with customers and seek references
Good English communication skill & Convincing power to turn-up the deal.
