Responsibilities
Create and put into action efficient staffing and recruitment strategies.
Oversee the hiring procedure, which includes selecting individuals, conducting interviews, and publishing job openings.
Determine staffing needs and make sure positions are filled on schedule by collaborating with department managers.
Manage issues pertaining to employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary measures, and conflict resolution.
Encourage a happy and welcoming workplace by using engagement and communication strategies that are successful.
To increase employee happiness, survey employees and respond to their issues.
Determine the need for training and organize the creation of training initiatives.
Oversee training programs for staff members to improve their abilities and advance their careers.
Put new hire onboarding initiatives into action.
Oversee the goal-setting and performance evaluation phases of the performance appraisal process.
Give managers and staff direction regarding performance enhancement initiatives.
Take care of issues pertaining to performance and aid in the development of talent.
