Responsibilities
Create and maintain job descriptions;
Find possible applicants through a variety of internet resources (such as social networking and industry-specific websites like StackOverflow and Behance);
Recruiting emails should be written to draw in passive prospects.
Incoming resumes and application forms should be screened.
prospects should be interviewed in person, over the phone, and through video.
Assignments and tests in math, language, and logical reasoning should be prepared and distributed.
Post job vacancies internally, on the company’s careers page, on social media, and on job sites.
Give recruiting managers a shortlist of qualified applicants.
Send emails containing employment offers and respond to enquiries on pay and benefits.
Track important HR KPIs, such as hiring source, hiring time, and filling time.
Attend employment fairs and conduct internal hiring activities.
Work together with managers to determine the needs for future hiring assist in onboarding new hires by serving as a consultant to them
