Role Overview:
We are seeking an Experience and Supply Lifecycle Manager to play a pivotal role in understanding customer and market sentiments, driving effective communication strategies, and ensuring partner satisfaction. The ideal candidate will gather frequent feedback to gain insights into customer needs, conduct competitor analyses to inform strategic decision-making and oversee communication and training initiatives for new and existing partners. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for monitoring and publishing s on tickets raised by partners and customers, as well as tracking core retention metrics to optimize partner retention efforts.
