Job description
1. Research – Carry out skill-based research and resource mapping.
2. Screen and Qualify – Screen and match profiles from Job Portals to specific technology requirements.
3. Connect – Reach out to qualified candidates to help them understand the opportunity potential.
4. Outreach and Follow Up – Reach out to potential candidates through Omni Channel Outreach tools.
5. Compliance – Ensure processes are followed and systems are updated.
Required skills and qualification.
1. Graduate in any discipline
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Experience in Hospitality, Aviation, Travel or Back Office will be an added advantage.
4. Basic understanding of HR function and readiness to learn this function.
5. Should be process oriented.
On the job training will be provided about the processes and systems.
