Vendor Management and supplies purchase ( Café, HK, Courier services ,Security, Building maintenance)
Office stationeries management
Event managements
Infrastructure maintenance (HVAC, Electric, carpenter, plumbing)
Travel / Transport / Accommodation management
Employee Attendance Management and Leave Management.
Mediclaim Management
Employee Database Administration
CSR Activity coordination
Employee Engagement activities
Joining Formalities – On Boarding Induction and Orientation
Background verification for new joiners
Visiting to the Departments
Co-ordaining for the Training program
Handling Employee Grievance and Exit Formalities
:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
2+ years’ experience in Administration role
Self-starter, experience in coordinating with different stake holders
Good communication skills (ability to coordinate with internal & extremal stake holders and Vendors)
Should have a 2 wheeler with driving licence
