Profile: Senior Recruiter or Lead Recruiter
Experience Level – 1- 5 Years into Non IT Hiring (Sales, operations – No BPO expr)
Salary – Depends On Experience and Current Salary
HR RECRUITER / SOURCING SPECIALIST
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions
Attract, source and screen candidates/applications by using databases & job portals
Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to internal stakeholders
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the
Selection process
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify and close staffing needs
Create, maintain and continuously update the relevant databases
Keep abreast with market information, talent movements and relevant business highlights
Mandatory:
· Experience in non-tech hiring preferably in an executive search or recruiting agency (Bulk Hiring Preferable)
· Own Laptop + Good Internet Connection
· Hands on experience in full-cycle recruitment
· Creative ways of sourcing and headhunting talent
· Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
· Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and a team player
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong decision-making skills

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
