1.Conducts beneficiary registration & updates details in IT enabled application.
2.Screening of patients of for Rbs and BP measurement for diagnosis of Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension
3.Checks & Records vitals in the prescribed format. Conducts laboratory tests (simple point of care tests) as per the protocols and also as adviced by the Medical Officer.
4.Initiates Telemedicine consultation with Medical officer/ specialists sitting in the tele medicine hub for Newly diagnosed /Existing Cases of HTN/DM, ANC/PNC Cases, For Common Gynaecological conditions like menstrual irregularities, adolescent health and common paediatric aliments like acute diarrhoeal diseases and acute respiratory infections.
5.Counsels and educates beneficiaries, as per specific need in personalizing, substance abuse, and physical activity ..
6. Develops rapport with Local Health Functionaries (Govt./Pvt./NGOs)
7. Maintains detailed and accurate records and reports.
8.Takes appropriate action for Bio Medical waste management
9.Carries out any other relevant additional functions as tasked by the MO /Specialist doctor/Operations/CD team
10.Attend periodic trainings conducted by CD/Operations team.
11. Manages daily operation and other activities whatever may be suggested by the reporting manager
