Full Job Description
HR Business Partnership – Provide HR Business support to PCC Senior Leadership, PCC India HoDs and employees. Align policies and processes with business objectives and initiatives. Provide complete HR support for an employee’s entire lifecycle ranging from recruitment to exit
Recruitment – liaise with corporate recruiting team in India to drive recruitment at a local level.
Performance Management process – Drive the Performance Management process for India for all the functions as per the PMS guidelines.
Talent development – Manage talent review process and employee development programs rolled out by Centres of Excellence.
Learning & Development – Identify the training needs and training planning activities with PCC Senior Leadership and Heads of departments, leverage programs delivered by PLU and L&OD at Piramal Group.
Engagement – Drive employee engagement initiatives by partnering with Corporate HR and larger PCC HR team
Budgeting – support business and finance team with talent related budgets.
Project Management – Work with broader HR team on a wide variety of global and India based HR initiatives and projects
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from a reputed university
HR professional with 4 to 8 years of experience in HR Management.
Hands on experience in providing strategic partnership to the business to deliver people initiatives that drive business results.
Organized and detailed oriented professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
