About the Role:
PipeCandy is building a market/industry intelligence product that combines sophisticated ML/AI algorithms with deep sector intelligence focused on eCommerce and Digital Native companies. Being responsible for demand gen at PipeCandy means that you’ll have a say in any high-level marketing initiative we undertake, and in any sales process we incorporate.
Key Responsibilities:
Running our inbound channels:
Assess the inbound leads, qualify them and pass on the qualified accounts to our account executives
Draft personalized email sequences for our inbound leads
Track and report sales funnel progress to the marketing team
Use account discovery tools to map inbound leads
Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities to improve sales processes
Supporting outbound initiatives:
Run outbound initiatives, working closely with the founders to both identify campaign goals and fine-tune messaging
Execute campaigns, analyze how they perform and make course corrections (content, audience, etc.) as needed
Report on ROI
Evaluate tools for outbound campaigns & account intelligence
Manage vendor relationships as needed
Supporting ABM & Event Marketing:
Work with the marketing team to identify key accounts and arrive at the ABM strategy
Work with vendors & tools for ABM cadence as well as event marketing
Unique to PipeCandy, we publish research reports on the eCommerce industry every month. You’d own distribution of these reports, to our prospects
Skills Required:
Familiarity with email tools and spreadsheets
Ability to understand and articulate problems, approaches, and ideas
Ability to report metrics from tools
Metrics mindset – Framing conversations, debates & execution plans that revolve around ‘measurability’
Qualifications & Competencies Required:
0-2 years of experience in the sales development function
Excellent command over spoken and written forms of English
