Position Purpose
The position is responsible for payroll management & tax planning of employees Employee operational queries resolution Policies and compliance along with Success factor management Support. Also into on / Off boarding backend process at company level
Strategic Responsibilities
Align HR Systems with emerging HR process improvements and Strategic HR initiatives.
Understanding HR processes thoroughly and builds necessary controls in system adhering to DoA, Board Resolution, Maker Checker system for various HR processes and SOD compliance.
Drive adoption of various modules and features of SAP SuccessFactors (SF) platform
Ideate and develop various system reports catering to multifold reporting requirements
Pioneering new features, enhancements, usability and reporting improvements over the HRMS platform
Drive development, process documentation, assessment/testing, training, adoption and delivery of various HR projects involving scope of technology interventions
Operational Responsibilities
Prepare and manage payroll processes of employees.
Review timesheets and attendance data and hours worked
Calculate salaries, wages and overtime wage sheets
Manage, maintain and update payroll related data in HRMS
Ensure payroll related inquiries are clarified and payroll issues resolved.
Assist administrative or finance staff in processing payrolls of new hires or terminated ones.
Ensure compliance to HRIS processes/procedures and regular updation
Develop, improve and implement PMS/compensation/HR policy process implementation audit to gauge compliance level at business unit and corporate level.
Prepare and report compliance scorecard business unit/location wise and do action planning for improvement in conformance.
Support end users over various queries over various people processes running in SuccessFactors platform
Administer organogram over SF as per approved org charts and budgeted headcount shared by Business HRs
Create/manage positions, Roles, JDs, Structural data fields in SF
Generate reports from SF and cater to information requirement for management reporting
Drive resolution of technical issues coming in SF platform
Support HR Operations in arranging for system generated data requirements for various audits (HR systems and HR processes)
Run the Goal setting, Performance assessment and Calibration process across organization and liaise with Business HRs driving completion within timelines.
Support Employees/Business HRs for queries over various HR processes
Ensure all the projects, system enhancements and technical issue resolution happens within budgeted costs

Facilitate initiatives for training need identification and building requisite skills & competencies through systematic training & skill-upgradation initiatives for the team
Education Qualification
MBA/PGDM (Full time) in HR
Work Experience
Overall 7-12 years with at least 2 years of experience in managing global HRMS platform implementation and support. Very thorough in understanding, developing and managing HR process in the organization.
Also having exposure into payroll process
