You are responsible for
Contributes to and reviews program vision, roadmap and content presentations
Prepares and participates in release planning, contributes to program increment planning, program backlog refinement, and preparation / prioritization of portfolio backlogs to continuously synthesize into program backlog and then to team backlog.
Drafts the team’s specific objectives for the program increment
Defines iterations and stories for the team(s). Builds, edits, reviews and reprioritizes the team(s) backlog coordinating dependencies with other POs
Has the primary responsibility for maintaining the story flow, possibly embedded in the agile team(s).
Defines stories and provides input for user story details and priorities, establishes story acceptance criteria, accepts stories into the baseline / the final iteration plan.
Supports team(s) with their story estimates and sequencing.
Facilitates and leads sprint planning and grooming sessions
You are a part of
The HealthSuite Digital Platform team which is an open, cloud-based healthcare platform that will support data collection across the spectrum from clinical to consumer lifestyle, allowing for integration and analysis of ‘big’ data from multiple sources worldwide, including electronic medical records, diagnostic and treatment information, images, reports, notes, wearables and Philips connected consumer lifestyle products. The platform will utilize Philips’ clinical data models and medical device interoperability and is designed to be highly scalable with built-in comprehensive data security and privacy/permission control.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
12+ years of professional software development experience with at least 4+ years contributing to architecture or requirements management
8+ years of programming experience with Java and other object-oriented languages
Strong background in database technologies incl. Data Lake, Data Warehouse and other Big Data technologies
Experience in building cloud-enabled services deployed at scale on AWS, CF and Kubernetes
Working background in DevOps
Sufficiently hands-on to be able to execute technical PoCs and technology evaluations
Healthcare domain knowledge would be preferred especially in the area of Informatics
