POSITION TITLE – Platform Analyst
Business Environment
Platform S&SD is accountable for architecture, design, build, test and run of the Philips Integrated Landscape applications that enable the Services processes and capabilities. The Innovation and Solutions Domain in Platform S&SD is accountable for end-to-end lifecycle of applications that

Job Responsibilities
Accountable that the solutions design/ technology meets the functional and non-functional requirements with focus on Releasability, Reliability, Security and performance.
Accountable that solution design meets platform architecture principles & guidelines. Provide feedback on continuous improvement to architecture community
Responsible for Software Quality, Compliance & Regulatory aspects of the solution.
Work closely with Platform Solution Managers, DevSecOps Managers, Domain leads in supporting Solution/Release planning and other Agile Phases.
Support Product Owner, Solution Architect in Grooming, Solution design including NFRs, Estimation, Validation and help drive feature driven development with scrum teams
Involve in Peer review, demo and other scrum ceremonies
Responsible to validate test strategy and plan, test cases, automation, regression and test execution.
Raise impediments on time to leads and support resolution
Identify Kaizen opportunities at work and improve process and delivery
Endorses the content of the release (including Non Functional Requirements related to performance, scalability, compliance and security) prior to release and manages interdependency with other programs.
Actively work to reduce technical debt
Ensures solution guidelines are up to date in Knowledge repository
Builds active networks with key contacts in and outside Philips to keep abreast of new technological developments
Technical Knowledge and Skills required
Accountable for the technical solution designs meeting the functional requirements specified by the Business Analyst and platform architecture guidelines. Provide feedback to architecture community on architecture and design.
Accountable that deliverables meet requirements w.r.t. reliability, availability, performance, and security & compliance.
Approves the content of the release prior to UAT and manages interrelation aspects with other applications.
Supports development team in performing build automation and configuration management.
Provide guidance to development team in performing configuration management, build automation and continuous integration.
Promptly escalate issues, which affect product delivery and quality that are beyond scope of influence.
Responsible to validate test strategy and plan, test cases, automation, regression and test execution.
Responsible for Software Quality, Compliance & Regulatory aspects of the solution
Good experience in implementing solutions using Agile and DevSecOps methodology
Business Process Modelling (BPM) & management, intelligent Business Process Mgmt. (iBPM), Digital Process Automation (DPA), Case Management
Business Rules Definitions
Hands-on modeling, rules, integration, and low-code experience with Appian BPM
Experience with troubleshooting, NFR designs, infrastructure, and security setup
Experience with integration patterns and connectivity in a complex landscape
Good to have:
Understanding of the entitlements across Business Models – Systems, Services (maintenance, professional, lifecycle services; incl. education too), Software
B2B high tech industry; complex propositions and offerings with long-running contractual agreements (aka solutions)
Working knowledge of different full-filling systems / “fulfillment engines” – Salesforce Service Cloud/ServiceMax, SAP ERP/ECC, FF PSA, Learning / education systems, SW license, and entitlement mgmt. systems
Understanding of different billing methods & systems like SAP ERP (SD billing), Zuora/ARIA, SAP BRIM.

Work Experience
10+ years
Experience in understanding the requirements from technical point of view, fit gap, translating business requirement into high level solutions and providing technical directions to team.
Acts independently to determine methods and procedures as per the need..
Experience in Healthcare Industry preferred.
