This position requires a reliable and highly motivated individual who is ready to take on responsibilities to assist the Indian Sales Team and customers from an administrative capacity. Daily tasks include constant communication through phone, email to our current support departments. Ideal candidate is professional, understands the organization and has exceptional customer service skills. These candidates will work directly under a Customer service Manager and will work to assist the North Region to meet all goals and exceed customer expectations.
Preparing the periodic calendar to perform the Customer Support related activities.
Working on case management for return orders.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements :
Good communication skills, MS Office, proficiency in
Excel, Word, and PPT expected.
Education Required: Graduate from any field
