Performs patient registrations for laboratory testing and ensures all information is correct and accurate for patient billing.
Handles customer service issues, follows up discrepancies in insurance, coding, and test orders as need for laboratory clients (i.e. patients, physicians, physician offices, etc.).
Performs laboratory office functions and administrative support as directed, (may include answering phone calls, faxing reports, performing QA audits for orders, ordering office supplies, etc).
Handling Blood collection process and pre-analytical sample preparation.
