What You Will Achieve
Working with Pfizer’s dynamic engineering team, you will play a critical part in managing the reliability engineering activities involving Equipment FMEA, setting right Preventive checks/ Operator checks, Implementation of Predictive tools/ condition-based monitoring, Job-Aids development and Training, Breakdown analysis and deriving corrective and preventive actions.
As Associate Manager, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in managing difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It
Performing Equipment FMEA and based on outcomes, setting right Preventive checks and Operator care checks.
Developing Job-Aids/ Visual SOPs/ SOJTs for Preventive checks and Troubleshooting activities and delivering Training to maintenance Engineers.
Root cause analysis, identifying & implementing mistake proof controls, establishing visual controls or center-linings, developing one-point lessons and helping maintenance team to identify & implement corrective and preventive actions.
Evaluation and implementation of Predictive maintenance tools or condition based monitoring system.
Supporting maintenance team to identify & implement latest maintenance methods over conventional methods.
Review preventive and corrective work order activities, and provide equipment maintenance history review.
Participate in equipment/system-based Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations and update equipment reliability plans.
Promote safety within the workplace by following site safety procedures and perform proactive safety assessments, foster a safe work culture.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor’s Degree
5 to 8 years of experience
Experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis, Equipment Criticality Ranking, PM/PdM optimization, and/or Failure Modes and Effects Analysis
Understanding and experience with process automation systems
Strong knowledge and understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Practices {part of GxP}
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of MS Excel
Nice-to-Have
Relevant pharmaceutical experience
