Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE

Primary objective is to design and drive the blueprint of growth – by Brands, Packs, Channels, Key Customers and Geographies. The role supports the execution of BU business initiatives in the same categories

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

Business/ Channel Development & Management
Play a lead role in developing and execution of AOP (Annual Operating Plan), including planning & implementation of marketing initiatives
Work closely with BU Marketing & Sales team to develop annual plan for Brand, Pack
Develop and Drive Channel Initiatives in the Organized Trade
Support Channel and Global, Regional and Local key customers
Set clear performance expectations to achieve volume growth.
Leverage Strategic Innovations (Product/Packaging) to build a powerful marketing mix that will create a stronger blueprint for growth.

NRM – Net Revenue Management

Promotions Management & Effectiveness, pricing, & Key Customer marketing to achieve company’s sales & profit objectives.
Develop & Control the Monthly Trade Bulletin
Brand/ Customer Mix Management to enhance profitability

Marketing Initiatives

Evolve a comprehensive brand / pack portfolio strategy for the channels
Drive brand activation through promotions / customer marketing programs
Deliver Brand/Pack presence guidelines / standard to market

Qualifications/Requirements

Education and Qualification details:
Preferably MBA from top tier college
4-6 years including 3 years in FMCG and prior Sales/ASM experience
