Job Description
2.0 Main Purpose
As a member of PepsiCo’s Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, the Internal Recruitment Senior Coordinator is an entry-level recruitment coordinator. As the Internal Recruitment Senior Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing the internal staffing process for high-volume, salaried, multi-incumbent roles within a specific area of the business/function (i.e. field or corporate recruitment). To set you up for success, you will receive mentorship from your manager and external recruiter partners to ensure a smooth handoff between the external and internal recruitment team.
4.0 Accountabilities
What you’ll do:
Provide staffing support that is aligned to a specific internal functional client team with a goal of filling open roles with qualified internal talent efficiently while achieving target metrics such as Time to Accept (TTA), Time-to-Find/Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores (HMSS) and system accuracyYou will own the entire internal staffing process for each requisition including req opening, candidate presentation, interview set up and candidate selectionEnsure timely, consistent, open and effective communications between the candidate(s) and hiring team throughout the searchImprove internal mobility experience for our associates through proactive, transparent & timely communication, regardless of the hiring outcomeScreen, assess, and evaluate internal candidates on as-needed bases and present qualified, endorsed applicants to the hiring teamWork closely with TA Operations to ensure seamless candidate courtship while using interview scheduling technology to increase efficiencyOversee the feedback process to ensure timely feedback to all candidates and determine the next steps in the recruitment process. You will lead this process in an attempt to gain mutual consensus with the hiring manager and their team on candidate selectionBuild and maintain productive working relationships with multiple individuals, including hiring managers, HR partner(s), and TA OperationsFoster partnerships that yield consistent ongoing communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes in order to build TA function credibilityCommunicate and educate clients on the staffing policies and processes for internal mobility and find opportunities to advance those efforts as a unified organization
Qualifications/Requirements
5.0 Key Skills/Experience Required
Undergraduate College Degree/ B Degree/First Level degree is required3-5 years of relevant professional experience, which may include TA Coordinator, HR, Recruiting, or prior functional applicable experience, among othersProficient in a full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookAttention to detail and strong follow-through skillsCollaborative teammateProficient oral and written communication skillsAppreciate the need to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity at all times.Displays curiosity and interest to learn in an effort to develop strong client partnershipsPersonable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative, dynamic organizations
6.0 Differentiating Competencies Required
2-5 years in Internal Recruiting/External Sourcing expertise (Corporate roles) in a international Shared servicesExperienced in Applicant Tracking System or CRM experience, Kenexa is a plusExpertise using a variety of sourcing tools & techniques including but not limited to Boolean search, aggregators, automation tools, LinkedIn recruiter, scrapers etcMust be able to work under tight deadlines and within an ambiguous environmentDemonstrated success in filling high hiring-bar requisitions where only the most exceptional talent succeedPossess industry knowledge with a general comprehension of relevant FMCG skills, target companies etcStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
