Purpose:
Technical Architect Advisor/project leader to a PMCC Asset Management Software development team of medium scope with cross-functional impact across Asset Management, Supply Chain Provision, Repairs and replacements of Assets and Fixed Assets Etc. Practice Building – Drive the growth of the PMCC Asset Management Capabilities for Frito-Lay with the aim of developing strategic solution offerings and collaborating with Peer Leads. Assemble best practices and other core deliverables to grow solution offerings. Provide technical thought leadership in the data strategy, cloud data warehouse, data science and data engineering spaces.
Business Development – Foster Relationships with business owners and find consensus within large groups of stakeholders with disparate objectives, needs; and expansion of Service Intelligence portfolio. Guide Business development activities by partnering with other peer leaders to grow new and existing client relationships,
Individual Development and Team Player – Lead by example to work in a team of Technical Architects and Data engineers and be a guiding force to create a dynamic Asset Management Technical solutions with passionate team player environment
Accountabilities:
The incumbent Interacts and starts to develop an effective partnership with other team members, business customers and other layers within PFNA Asset Management Portfolio, He or She will be making d and defining decisions based on customer needs. It requires Adhering to and ensuringmethodologies follow technical standards and strategies in the Software Solutions HH4 and HHNEXT Asset Management areas. This position calls for resolving highly complex problems, conducting cost benefit analyses and recommending solutions to Overcome complex problems associated with assigned projects enhancements of Asset Management.
This role mandates In-depth knowledge of Microsoft .Net language/technology and working knowledge across other technologies associated with .NET and SQL Server Database and Sql Scripting Knowledge to execute PMCC Asset Management Software Solutions deliverables. It calls for In-depth understanding of PepsiCo products, services and business processes directly related to functional area, understands customer’s business processes and business direction and assesses business impact of evaluating tech. solutions. He or She needs to Apply personal leadership to others to get results, positively influence immediate team members and Makes appropriate tactical decisions necessary to complete assigned projects.
Qualifications/Requirements
Years of exp:
. 5 Plus years of experience in Software engineering and development expertise, Business intelligence or other relevant roles.
. 5 plus Years of experience in SQL Server, PL SQL Store Procedures, RDBMS architecture experience and expertise in expertise in data modeling, database design, querying, performance tuning and scaling relational databases preferably Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or higher.
. 5 Plus years of experience with Middleware servers such as WebLogic/WebSphere technologies
. 5 Plus years of Software development and Web Application design experience leveraging .NET, C Sharp and all .NET framework and ETL concepts. Experience with at least four of C#, .Net Core, ASP.Net, ADO.NET, MVC, jQuery and Angular and object-oriented design principles. Experience with at least two of Web Services, RESTful API, WCF and Web API’s and windows services.

. 6 to 8 years of Windows and Linux operating systems hosting webservices
Mandatory Technical Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, computer science, business/technology or similar degree
Experience in web design and development using Microsoft Technologies (.Net 4.5 or higher).
Experience with at least four of C#, .Net Core, ASP.Net, ADO.NET, MVC, jQuery and Angular and object-oriented design principles.
Experience with at least two of Web Services, RESTful API, WCF and Web API’s and windows services.
Experience with data modeling, database design, querying, performance tuning etc.
Experience in SQL Error Handling, Transactions and optimization of complex SQL queries.
Experience in troubleshooting common database issues (deadlocks, blocks, indexes, expensive queries and performance counters using DMV).
Experience of Agile methodologies and SCRUM processes.
Experience with Source Control Systems preferably GIT.
Experience with CI/CD tools preferably Azure DevOps.
Mandatory Non Technical Skills:
Strong Communication Skills – You’re able to translate complex findings and results into a compelling narrative and you’re able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
Presentation Skills – Makes Presentations customized to interests of audience and to various leads of business portfolio across the FLNA Organizations/Asset Management and Supply chain Systems.
Experience in One of the Agile Frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
Training and Serve as a guiding force to less experienced architects in the Asset Management Software development team.
Commitment to personal growth and ability to be flexible in addressing the needs with GO getter attitude.
Differentiating Skills:
This individual in the L08 role in India will work with a number of Internal Platform Architecture teams and Business Portfolio Leads and must be a self driven individual. The incumbent should be armed with In-depth understanding of Pepsi Co Asset Management portfolios and products, services, business processes and business function directly related to the functional area and Uses comprehensive knowledge to support business objectives.
