Channel Sales Associate – SAARC Region

Channel Sales Associate (CSA) role will assist Channel Sales to significantly improve in responding to demands in capacity, events seats, troubleshooting/escalations, proactive Channel Care to our 400+ PVTC partners across 7 countries and handle daily transactions related to PVTC and Channel Care initiative.

Job Description – Channel sales associate (CSA)
Channel sales associate will be required to take care of following activities:
Coordination with selected sites identified for event testing for receiving contract documents and information related to venues
First level channel sales support for queries from venues
Support Invoicing & closure activities
Provide sales support to the regional team to research project work assigned, regular reporting.
Support promoting IT client campaigns & initiatives with PVTC
Provide event co-ordination and support for relevant client events to ensure participation is maximized in a cost effective manner
Marketing administration support to all channels including the co-ordination, ordering and distribution of end user/channel collateral.
Assisting with the creation of sales presentations and market research.
Support the creation and implementation of internal administrative processes.
Manage, create, reassign & close VSS incident/ Service direct cases pertaining to channel sales function.
PVAP channel sales mail box management and manage first level responses to PVTC interest related queries.
Assist with admin work assigned.
Establish a CSA desk with a phone number which will be shared
Across internal functions for coordination
Across test centres for coordinating test centre related activities
Mailboxes (and other channel specific mailboxes) will be configured on to CSA email id so that PVTC and test centre sourcing related transactions may be managed by team effectively.
Coordination with other functions within PVUE for smooth functioning of the event
Project team – Understanding client volume forecast for capacity related planning.
Marketing team – Support global and local channel joint marketing activities.
Quality & legal team
PVTC application related documentation
Uploading documents to share points for records.
Uploading PVTC contracts to legal share points for counter signatures.
Service direct awareness with PVTC
Admin – Requirement, Dispatch and return of material and travel requests.
Technology – as and when required for coordination with test centres
Capacity management team – for test centre open and close hours and availability for event testing candidates
Reporting
Collation of learnings and recommendations post the event with all channel stakeholders.
Operational aspects of CSA position
Working days 6 days a week. To be available over phone between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm to CSM’s for any urgent requirement. Reports and other agreed activities may need to be completed on weekends from home. Occasional extended hours working.
Reporting to Sr Channel Sales Manager.
Skills required:
CSA should have following skill sets:
Good Communication skills – Verbal as well written, and Listening skillsOpen to travel for assist in channel sourcing.Good customer handling skillsWell versed with MS-Office suite – Word, Excel and PowerPointAttention to detail and multi-tasking skillsTime management skills
