Transaction information includes history of consumers spend in various spend categories, ticket sizes, day / time of transactions, location, device type, payment option used, frequency of charge-backs/refunds and more.
This transaction information provides rich insights into end-consumer behaviour. PayU has been able to use these insights to drive large efficiencies into payment processes, credit risk assessment, marketing programs, customer management programs of clients.
What you will be doing:
As marketing solutions lead, you would develop long term strategy to build sustainable and scalable business, recommend go-to-market strategy and work with partner teams to execute the strategy.
Provide recommendations on opportunities that should be pursued to build sustainable and scalable marketing solutions business
Create long term road map of product and platform features required to tap these opportunities
Provide recommendations on go-to-market strategy, identify and engage with target businesses, and drive strategic partnerships opportunities to accelerate journey towards long term vision
Provide subject matter expertise on working of digital Ad ecosystem and role that PayU’s can play
Be updated on current, upcoming and potential regulations. Plan ahead to comply with regulations with minimal impact to Business.
Develop road map to develop best-in-class audience solutions and implement it via working with Analytics and Engineering teams
Identify data enrichment opportunities, provide recommendations on enrichment strategy either via existing or new products, partnerships, purchases etc.
Provide subject matter expert inputs to create client pitches and accompany sales team to increase adoption of these products and solutions
Work with engineering team to implement these products and services
Work with advertisers including PayU merchants and provide marketing / engagement solutions by providing PayU audience solutions or end-to-end marketing solutions
Basic Requirements:10+ years of work experience preferably in areas like:
Working in product / strategy / related functions in Ad ecosystem – DSP, SSP, network, exchanges, DMP, attribution companies.
Managing Ad platform at large publishers, marketing agencies, exchanges etc
Business function owner at an entity within digital marketing ecosystem
Deep knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem
Good network of connects in digital marketing industry
People management experience
Post-Graduate / Graduate from premium college (Example: MBA from top colleges, B.Tech./ Integrated Degree courses from IITs / NITs / DCE / VIT / MIT-Manipal / BITS etc, Economics / Statistics from DSE / ISI / IIT, etc)
Behavioral Skills:
