About the team: Cyber Security team protects PayU from security threats & next-generation attacks. The team actively works on on source code reviews, Application Security, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, testing based on audit & compliance requirements of ISO 27001 & PCI DSS. What you’ll be doing:
You will lead a large, multinational team of Corporate IT & Cyber Security reporting to PayU India CISO. Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring a strategic, comprehensive enterprise cybersecurity and IT risk management program.
Provide leadership and direction in the innovation of bleeding-edge Payment technologies and utilizing a risk-based approach to properly test and introduce them into the overall environment
Vision and leadership necessary to manage the risk to the organization and ensure business alignment, effective governance, system and product availability, integrity and confidentiality.
Develop a set of security standards and best practices for PayU, and ensure security enhancements are executed as required.
Continuously evaluate capabilities and drive improvements to ensure effective preparation, detection, containment, investigation, remediation & recovery.
Expertise on Cyber Kill Chain, MITRE ATT&CK, or other relevant cybersecurity defense and intelligence frameworks
Strong knowledge of networks, operating systems, cryptography, preventive, detective and offensive security solutions
Understanding of public cloud offerings and associated technologies (AWS, Azure, S3, EC2) & detailed understanding of APT, Cyber Crime, Dark web and associated tactics.
Knowledgeable about the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and its real-world applications
Consistent record of defining and executing Cyber Security strategies and significantly driving down exposure within large, complex environments.
Actively involve in Staff management, including goal setting, annual reviews, career development, and compensation planning.
Job Requirements·
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field
Minimum 14+ years experience in information technology of which majority in information security and cyber security operations management experience
At least 4+ years of experience in the leadership role, which includes managing security experts, mentoring, meeting business goals as a leader.
Knowledge of risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods.
A strong communicator with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to translate the vision and strategy into clear priorities and direction, both internally and externally
Proven champion for the highest workplace integrity, respect and diversity; committed to building a secure business environment while meeting the highest ethical standards.
Experience leading large multinational teams in the delivery and execution of complex solutions for information security.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, large scale environment.
Certifications in CISSP, CCSP, CISA, CISM, CCIE are highly desirable
