Expectations/ Requirements
Ensure an excellent customer experience by responding to problems as they arise.
Ability to handle customer query and escalations telephone calls. – Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-skill work environment.
Ability to work in rotational Shift
Maintaining Weekly Roster, Attendance, and Team data
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
Minimum 3 year of experience in Operations
Excellent Communication skills both Written & Verbal
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent in MS office – excel, power-point .
