The ideal person will have at least 2 years of HR and Payroll processing. You will focus on payroll, compliance, employee relations, benefits and onboarding.Skill set Payroll & Advanced ExcelRoles & Responsibilities: Manages the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding to exit. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organizationManage the Payroll volumes for multiple payroll clients with agreed turnaround timeDeliver high payroll quality output to country teamsDeliver payroll processing service including ensuring the operational aspects of payroll processing, associated activities and deliver within appropriate timeframesRequired Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.Proficient with Advance Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.Job Type: Full-timePay: From ₹350,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Payroll: 2 years (Required)Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)HR: 2 years (Preferred)Pivot tables: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
