Experience: Minimum 3-5 years preferably from the FMCG Industry.

Job Responsibilities: –

• Customer Order Processing from Purchase to Invoicing to Dispatch

• Ensure timely order of material and dispatch to the customer following all necessary documentation checking.

• Preparation of Purchase Order to vendor

• Preparation of GRN and Invoice once items are available in the warehouse

• Regularly update shipment status for Sales teams information

• Liaising and negotiating with vendors for supplying orders

• Explore more vendors for the same products for quality and cost reductions.

• Consistently try to improve the existing processes for smooth operation by analyzing and optimizing logistic procedures.

• Resolve day-to-day operation issues pertaining to the Purchase and Shipment of material
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt and timely delivery of goods and materials.

• Processing vendor bills and timely payments

• Ensuring all processes are followed correctly as per the statutory compliances: GST, E-Way bills, E-Invoicing etc.

• Documentation for the orders being shipped and e-waybill generation

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
