CRM Solutions Architect
The CRM Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and delivering complex cloud-based solutions using technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo and Dell Boomi. We are looking for a candidate who will be owning the architecture and design of complex solution components (e.g., configuration, integration, security, custom development). This role will collaborate closely with Sales Operations and IT to ensure that the system accurately meets the defined business requirements, system performance and security requirements. The candidate must also be able to identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches.
The CRM Solutions Architect is a critical enabler of Sales Success through the development and sustainment of sales applications and strategy. The person in this position will contribute to the growth of the company through sales strategy execution by designing and developing CRM solutions.

Design/Build/Deploy Tools to leverage Best Practices around Salesforce Applications to measure Sales Effectiveness.
Work closely with Sales Ops team to design and develop sales processes including Funnel Management, Lead Management, Quote Management, and sales standard of work.
Participate in deployment projects as a solutions architect – including but not limited to translating functional requirements to technical solution, design reviews, configuring and developing CRM applications.
Execute the strategy partnering with IT and Sales Enablement team members.
Incorporate industry proven best practices in designing CRM solutions.
Document technical design, process diagrams and flows.
Design, Develop and maintain salesforce application.
Support various business functions such as field sales and internal sales operation users on the CRM applications and related business processes by analyzing and solving problems end user reported application issues.
Design reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams.
Staying ahead of trends in the CRM technology space.
Design and develop Einstein Analytics dashboards and insights.
Establish and Implement design and development patterns and processes.
Implement CI/CD methodology for salesforce practice.
Qualifications:
BS/BA Degree Computer Science, Information Systems of related programs
8 years of experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong integration background.
Salesforce platform app builder and platform developer I certifications required .
Extensive experience with Salesforce, CPQ and Other CRM Tools.
Deep understanding of CRM Sales, Service and Quote to Cash processes.
Design experience with Einstein Analytics, QlikView, and other Sales Analytics technologies
Experience in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong experience integrating Salesforce CRM with other internal/external applications using SOAP and REST based web services.
Capable in developing solutions using visual force pages, Lightning (Aura/LWC) components, Apex classes, Apex Triggers, Controllers & Controller Extensions, Apex Components and Test Methods.
Experience in designing Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Customizing Page Layouts, Workflow Alerts, Pick Lists, Record Types, Process builder, Custom Tabs, Custom Buttons, Reports, Dashboards, and Email generation according to application requirements.
Excellent understanding of Salesforce CRM governor limits with an ability to optimize code to respect those limits.
Experience in Batch Apex and Schedule Apex Development.
Experience in Deployment using Force.com IDE, Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool.
Experience with Marketo and integration to salesforce.
Experience with web technologies including HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript or JavaScript libraries
Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML and their use in the development of CRM solutions.

Ability to work across organizational lines and navigate through ambiguity.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with ERP, master data, customer hierarchies.
SAP, SAP Cloud for Customer knowledge a plus.
Salesforce Platform Developer II and Architect Certifications are plus.
