.Overseeing all supply chain operations.
· Ensure orders are being shipped, and on time daily.
· Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
Process orders and ensure accurate data entry on the system
· Negotiate delivery dates and ensure on time communication to concerned parties (Suppliers, buyers, forwarder …)
· Follow-up and coordinate with suppliers for the timely delivery of placed orders and necessary documents for clean clearance of goods.
· Coordinate with forwarders, suppliers and insurers for shipment, clearing and delivery to warehouse.
· Negotiate local forwarders FOB offers and make comparison tables.
· Evaluate the cost of freight within the budget.
Follow up constantly on shipment status and provide feedback to concerned parties
Solve all problems related to shipping, missing goods or documents
· Coordinate with Head Office team for scheduling Quality control operations and loading check.
· Coordinate with accountant regarding cost report and suppliers documents (Invoice, Credit note)
· File each shipment and related documents and update the SAP system with all necessary data related to payment terms and prices.
· Coordinate with the zone manager to Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
· Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with the operations team, as well as cross-functionally

· Must be familiar with shipping regulatory-compliance procedures
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing,
· Ability to speak and write English fluently

Ability to follow schedule and prioritize
Ability to identify issues, obtain relevant information, compare data from different sources, and identify alternate solutions
· Must possess good technical knowledge in international sea shipment.
· Computer Skills, proficient in Excel and Word, JDE experience is préférable
· Experience in handling logistics for at least 1- 3 years is preferred
