Selected employee’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Posting jobs on various portals
2. Reviewing resumes and conducting interviews
3. Assisting with salary negotiation
4. Working directly under the supervision of a manager
5. Planning and execution of various parties and events for the employees
6. Taking care of admin activities of the company
7. Hiring and daily updates for new locations of the company expansion program
8. Personal assistant to director
9. Handling cold calling for sales database
10. Working on appointment fixing for sales manager
11. Handling client meeting
12. Attending domestic and international conferences, seminars, events, trade shows
13. Monitoring the Osumares’ team expansion and performance of other cities and locations
14. All type of multi tasking
15. Attending domestic and International conferences (traveling across India and abroad required, expenses will be taken care by company)
