Responsible for requirements gathering and fit gap analysis and prepare user requirements documentation.
Responsible for delivering system design and program specifications and software development work.
Ensure development meets user-defined requirements and program specifications.
Perform coding, unit testing and develop documentation for newly developed applications.
Post implementation support.
Undertake other such reasonable duties as required by the Management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ IT.
Substantial understanding of payroll domain knowledge with strong functional, technical and configuration expertise on PeopleSoft HRMS/Global Payroll system v9.x platform.
3-5 years’ hands-on experience with PeopleSoft HRMS/Global Payroll table structure, People Tools, SQR, Application Engine and component interface is a prerequisite.
Must have a good understanding of PeopleSoft architecture.
Possesses excellent Peoplesoft global payroll configuration Debug/Trace skills.
Positive attitude, fast learner, independent and good team player with good interpersonal skills.
Punctual, Responsible to take ownership of jobs assigned, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
