We’re searching for a talented and passionate Subject Matter Expert for Network Management to join our COE Managed IT Services Team, who will be responsible for Network Operations Management.
Job Responsibilities:
Key Spoc for
Top & Major Incident ,Problem ,Change & Operation Project Management
Patch & Release Management
Capacity Management
Knowledge management (KEDB)
Design Documentation and Reporting
Getting resolution from third parties, vendors and suppliers for fault
Act as technical expert on datacenter networking and security technologies
Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex networking and security problems
Deploy and support multi-vendor network & security solutions
Deploy and support network and security monitoring & management tools
Prepare/update HLD & LLD , process and technical documentation
Support on Sev 1 incidents to resove within SLA
Perform RCA based on OEM inputs
Provide improvement opportunities and recommendations on network and security
Perform tool evaluation and produce recommendations
Work with Global IT support groups, OEMs, vendors, partners and service providers
Provide training to operations team (L1/L2)
Learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technology products
Key Spoc for Incident , Problem & Change Management
Resolve Customer Escalations
Ensure Service Delivery as per agreed SOW / SLA
Assist Manager in monthly Dashboards / Service Level parameters
Mentor & Hand hold L1 Teams and enhance their performance
Act as a key SPOC for L2 & L3 Incidents
Take initiatives in learning & evaluating new Network Technology & Tools
Prepare RCA for Sev1 incidents
Management of various Router, switches, WAN optimizer, Wireless , Big F5 and Network devices
Co-ordination with customer performing for any changement.
Process / procedure /documentation Preparation for existing and upcoming customer.
MIS customer report preparations and ensuring Audit compliance

About you
Ideal candidates will use their passion for Network Operations to provide support to business. They will be responsible for People management for technical expert on datacenter networking and security technologies.
Qualifications and Work Experience:
BE/Diploma/Degree in business, or science (or other relevant area).
7-8 years of related experience in routing & switching, datacenter networking
Implementation and operational experience with enterprise class routers, switches and firewalls
Experience with load balancers, internet gateways
In depth Understanding and hand on experience of Routing (BGP,OSPF,EIGRP) & IP Protocols and switching technology like STP,Ether/Port channel,Redudancy protocol(HSRP,VRRP,GLBP)
Experience of datacenter consolidation, transformation and migration projects
Knowledge and experience on cloud computing infrastructure and orchestration
Knowledge of Software Defined Networks and Network Function Virtualization technologies
Certifications:
CCNA CCNP Datacenter
Cisco WLC/ Nexus / F5 technical certifications
VMware / Windows / Linux certification – would be an advantage
ITIL certification – would be an advantage
Experience in Router & Switches,WLC, AP, F5 and syslogs monitoring & analysis.
Certification: – CCNA , CCNP or equiv along with Good communication skills.
