Job Responsibilty
To assist Sales Director to develop expansion strategy and pipelines to achieve short-term, mid-term and long term targets attainment across Asian region and in coherent with the Group strategyOwnership of the sales target for the new accounts and formulation of the strategy to meet the revenue and margin targets across the product lines.Managing Orange’s overall commercial relationship with different correspondents in countries. To work closely together with rest of the team in Asia as well as support / HQ functions to achieve the objectives of the Orange Group as a whole.When necessary, to provide support to Asia-Pacific region for sales promotions, conferences, customer inquiries and relationship management.Also responsible for working through billing and settlement disputes with customer (including credit management) with support of appropriate FT’s working groups.Accountable for the internal implementation of all the commercial agreements with the given carriers/countries. Responsible for dealing with capacity constraint issues, interface with support organizations, network performance monitoring, data tracking and analysis, as well as any required escalations.Identification & providing market intelligence to regional team about the region and spearheading the new business growth in the region for existing and new products of Orange.
about you
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
Graduation with MBA preferred.
3 – 5 years of working experiences in the data domain. Preferably in existing telecom operators with sales and / or pre-sales experiences.
Self driven & result oriented
Good analytical skills
Comfortable working in cross-cultural environment
Knowledge of telecom and emerging businesses.

Purpose of the Role
To develop and grow sales opportunities for wholesale data services in Asia with telecom operators / ISPs etc and also looking at new avenues of business with OTTs / content companies / gaming companies etc in the region. Prospecting on mobile services would be an added responsibility across these companies and sectors.
To be the sales expert in developing specific products on data (such as OSS IPLC, IEPL, backhaul) as well as building custom solutions on emerging / new markets.
Direct Sales responsibilities: Asian countries (new accounts).
To support sales for Asian region in pre-qualification and sales development. Activities include but not limited to customer sales hunting, follow ups and business development.
To provide administrative support to Asia Pacific coordination in activities such as weekly, monthly sales reports, promotions, conferences and customer meetings. Also support the coordination of business review & strategy to IC Management and Marketing department.
