Architecting, Designing, development and delivery of Java based enterprise applications
Key skillsets:
Able to work on requirements at an conceptual level understand the Business analysts needs and break it down to technical problems and provide solution Approach and design with multiple candidate solutions with pros and cons
Should have experience in architecting, designing & building enterprise products in Java, J2EE Microservices and product life cycle including scoping, architecting, designing, development, Performance optimization including multiple interface patterns
Should be conversant with agile development model
Should be hands on technically and at the same time should be able to guide small teams
Minimum 15 years of experience and out of which 5-7 years of experience should have been in architecting, designing products and solutions for large enterprise applications particularly in banking / BFSI sector
Should have strong inter personal skills to co-ordinate with other stake holders and guide & coach teams.
Should be up to date on technology trends and concepts.
Primary skills –
Development: JAVA / J2EE; Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, Extensive experience in Microservices, Rest Services, JPA.Extensive experience with API testing using Postman & NewmanExtensive experience with Selenium for automation testing frameworks along with Cucumber or similar in automation testing.Good knowledge of code coverage, quality gatesExperience using and developing RESTful APIs using JAX-RS, JSONExperience with event-based and message-driven distributed systemExpert level programming skills in JavaStrong familiarity with web servers and load balancing technologies.Good knowledge in integration patternsExperience in use of source code management system like SVN or GIT and build tools like ant, maven, Gradle or make.Strong knowledge Design Patterns and database modelling, Jenkins, Eventing , Spring Batch , Spring webflowExperience in Microservices Architecture is a must
Secondary skills
Fintech product development / BFSI Product development experience is preferredUnderstanding and working experience with GIT and ArtefactoryUnderstanding of the CI/CD pipelinesGood understanding of DDDDevelopment lifecycle of Cloud apps, Cloud development deployments, Automated CI/CD development.
Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. Define specifications for significant new projects and specify, design and develop software according to those specifications. You will perform professional software development tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience.
