• Establish long-term business relationships with clients by ensuring that required integrations and configurations occur smoothly and on time.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and facilitate the internal progression of merchant onboarding from one stage to the next within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT).
• Analyze data, processes, and requirements while following existing procedures to achieve the desired onboarding goals.
• Manage data effectively by maintaining trackers and inputting accurate information.
• Collaborate closely with the sales, DevOps, and ground operations teams on day-to-day operational processes and alert leadership when any issues arise during the onboarding process.
