One Tree BNB Pvt Ltd Hiring for Guest Relations Manager Job at New Delhi Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities include:

• Manage guest inquiries after reservation confirmation through Airbnb, booking.com, Make my trip and other OTA platforms
• Assist the guest after check-in (inquiries, recommendations) / Problem resolution
• Assist guests with property directions if needed.
• Report guest issues with the Housekeeping team to give immediate solutions
• Coordinate with the ground team for any special requests by guests
• Manage guest relations team to ensure we comply with all standards and operating procedures
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the Housekeeping, Maintenance team through the different channels (slack / Whatsapp).

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Good communication skills, should be able to communicate in english.
• Ability to handle issue and situation
• Basic computer / internet literacy (use hotel management software, upload docs etc) Previous experience of 2-4 years in hospitality is mandatory
• Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws
• Hands-on experience with Hotel Management softwares & travel softwares like make my trip, goibibo etc.
• Keen to commit to at least a 1-2 year time frame for the role Excellent writing skills (no typos)
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Problem-solving and decision making under pressure
• Warm communication – empathy & personal connection
• Service attitude – “customer is always right”
• Teamwork, especially with other Teammates

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
