Requirements: We have multiple openings as follow
Role:1: Mechanical System Design
Combine their knowledge of design, engineering, and manufacturing processes to create functional products, document the same and present to larger audiences – Primarily will be responsible for the Sheet metal and plastics design of charger components [Press brake, bending, folding operations], Injection molded components, composite panel designs [gfrp,smc etc], Injection moulding.
Role:2: Electrical System Design
Designing, maintaining, implementing, or improving electrical design of Industrial products. Preparation of flow charts of Electrical and Electronics logics. 3D, 2D modeling and electrical wire ROUTING (system). Component selection viz., switchgears (ACB, MCB, MCCB), instruments, meters, indicating lamps, fuses & accessories as per industrial standard. Designing of Hardware, convertors, gerber. Designing of PCB Layout.
Req – IP 67, IP 65 .
Role:3: Charger Testing
Manage the complete EV charger Systems validation and testing activities. Prepare test roadmaps, timelines, detailed test plan and status reports for component level, system level and Charger level testing activities Support internal engineering teams on test data, reports, FMEA/DVP etc. Support the design team in making concept decisions based on testing.
Role:4: Charger System Integration
System Analysis, research, new technology development analysis. Defining Physical & Functional Architecture at system and sub-system level. VA VE analysis, defining list of Functions and function partitioning based in Architecture. Product development roadmap analysis. Requirements analysis. Product specifications definition.
Experience in integration of software, hardware, embedded, design.
