Ability to deal with people tactfully, willing to learn, and be a team facilitatorSourcing candidates from various portals, social and listings. Searching and screening relevant resumes; Short listing candidates and lining up candidatesEmail follow up from employers Recruitment and Selection, Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, , Attendance and Leave Management. Conducting telephonic and face to face InterviewsHe/ she will handle the day to day HR operations as per the guidelinesMaintaining HR hygiene; Conducting employee engagement activitiesHearing the woes of employees and suggest alterations in policiesAct as an HR cum admin, managing the basic admin workManaging training and development, employees relations, and managing employee grievancesIt will be a full time, and completely work from office roleGood communication and presentation skillsYou should own a personal laptopDesired Candidate Profile Act as a Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for all hiring matters.Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of HR Best Practices.Good organisational skills and able to pay attention to detail.The candidate must have relevant work experience of HR domain.Work closely with management to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitionsPassion to invest time and effort into your workJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftExperience:HR: 1 year (Required)work: 1 year (Preferred)Education:Master’s (Required)Industry:Education & InstructionWork Remotely:No
