We are looking for an outbound marketing executive to join the team who can reach out prospects with his/her confidence and communication skills.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for converting marketing-leads into sales-leads and sales-leads into customers. The customer awareness process is very simple. Typically the sales cycle is 2-4 months. A customer is facilitated with our solution-document and case-studies. A sync-up call is required to clear all the doubts and discuss the opportunities/possibilities. Customers are typically in the Corporate generally a decision-making level (VP/MP/CXO).
– The Business Development Executive will work under general supervision and report to the Sales Manager
– Creating a hand-picked database of prospects with online research
– Inside sales and outbound cold calling to highly qualified leads.
– Working directly with network-partners on the phone to convert qualified sales leads into customers. ● Resolve network-partner’s questions, concerns and issues.
– Working with the marketing team to provide insights into what is working and what is not working regarding Direct Marketing campaigns.
Skill Set Required:
– Freshers or 1+ years of proven experience in B2B outbound marketing/sales.
– Comfortable doing cold calling and strong objection handling.
– Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
– Self-motivated & driven.
– Strong working knowledge of CRM, pipeline management and sales forecasting
– Strong working knowledge of external systems, PC based internet and software applications (the Internet, Microsoft Office – Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel).
