Primarily responsible for managing end to end recruiting within the o2h technology business unit.
Apply a hacker mindset to a variety of sourcing and research channels to strengthen sourcing pipeline of recruitment
Job duties include coordinate all areas of the recruitment process, including: understanding hiring needs, assigning job requirements, prioritizing, reviewing resumes, approving final submission, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, finalizing hires, issuing employment contracts and getting resources on boarded
Source candidates through a variety of channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, specialised sites, etc.)
Evaluate & implement recruitment solutions available in the market like ATS, Offer Management systems, etc.
Designs, develop and maintain the recruitment process in o2h technology (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
Explore the market best practices in tech industry recruitment and staffing and implement those practices in the organization in alignment with policies of o2h group
Conducts job Fairs, recruitment drives, walk-ins for the open positions.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality
Open to travel for hiring events
Maintain all relevant documentation for processes and policies aligned with o2h group HR function
Research and consolidate information required for analysis of human resources operations and prepares special projects as assigned
Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
Coordinate employee development plans and performance management/review.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
Annual market analysis of Salary and benefits in the tech industry and update our internal salary ladders.
Supervise 2-3 juniors on tech HR team in day to day running of HR ops
Solid verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of candidates/employees via phone and email
Process-oriented, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to exercise critical judgment
Automate processes where possible to reduce manual efforts.
