JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:

Offineeds.Com is a dynamic and rapidly growing Corporate gifting company dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our corporate clients. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Logistics team as an Associate Logistics.

Product Delivery:

KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safely and efficiently transport packed products to corporate client locations.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

B. Route Planning:

Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce delivery time.

Coordinate with the logistics team to streamline delivery processes.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.

any maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.

Customer Interaction:

Provide excellent customer service during deliveries. Address client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date delivery records. Collect necessary documentation, such as delivery confirmations and signatures.

Adherence To Policies:

Follow company policies and procedures related to logistics and transportation.

Comply with all traffic laws and regulations.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with the logistics team, ensuring a smooth flow of information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in a similar logistics or delivery role.
• Familiarity with navigation and route optimization software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
