Job Title: Senior EA (Functional)
Education Architect is a critical pillar within o9’s global Education Services team. This role is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering quality, targeted training for the entire o9 team as well as partner and customer end-user training needs. The Education Architect will to the Training Manager, o9 Education Services, and will work very closely with the other Learning Architects and Instructional Designers to understand, create and deliver targeted training to a global team.
What you’ll do for us…
• Conduct instructor-led workshops for internal hires, partners, and customers
• Assist in developing the training framework for the o9 Platform and associated Products
• Assess training & upskilling requirements and design the agenda & delivery content for workshops
• Work with Product Development, Consulting Services SMEs and build courses/programs/workshops that meet platform training requirements
• Create knowledge repositories based on learnings & contribute to enhancing them continuously
• Work with Learning Architects and Instructional designers constantly for rebuilding course materials, make relevant updates to existing Courses/Programs, providing answers to Learner’s queries
• Coordinate deploying required assets and registration for workshop attendees prior to training with the Admin Manager
• Capture and provide feedback about candidates on technical and functional skills/learning to respective ing managers
• Monitor the feedback of the Workshop that he/she conducts on a Quarterly basis
What you’ll have…
Skills & Experience:
• Previous experience in any planning systems like JDA/BY, Kinaxis, Anaplan, SAP, Oracle Demantra, or similar is compulsory
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Operations, Retail, and Demand Planning is highly preferred
• Knowledge of spreadsheets, document processing, and presentation is required
• Knowledge and training in database languages (SQL etc.), Data Analytics techniques and languages like Python/R or similar is preferred
• Atleast 10 to 12 years of prior IT Consulting & Implementation or academic teaching experience is required
Characteristics:
• Exhibit passion for teaching and sharing knowledge with all attendees
• Quick thinking on the feet & ability to relate to the audience and respond
• Possess a continuous learning & upskilling attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication is a MUST. Structured and organized in working style. Ability to work with a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
