We are looking for a Senior Manager : Website Operations & Revenue Planning with approximately 6 years of work experience in Website.
What shall your role include :
Developing and implementing business ing strategies – Create & maintain site scorecards
Work across teams on pricing, product, CX & traffic analytics to boost traffic, conversion, AOV & GMV
Planning daily, weekly, monthly site interventions in sync with performance, marketing, finance to deliver ambition
Lead weekly revenue performance review
Recommended product level discounts basis KPIs like seasonality, rate of sale, stock on hand, target margin etc
Manage day-wise business forecasting to achieve sales target within existing constraints (marketing budget, markdown etc)
Work with analytics on creating fully automated dashboard for business/site requirements
Using the price scraping tool to drive price competitiveness
Work with product teams on customer journeys to look into critical aspects such as ranking algorithm, tags filters, search journey to improve conversions
Key Skills Required :
Strong analytics & Excel abilities – ability to analyze large data sets and provide meaningful & actionable insights
Stakeholder management – Ability to work with multiple stakeholders & teams to achieve desired outcome
Strong Communication – Strong written and presentation communication to effectively analyze and summarize important initiatives & impact
High degree of ownership – as the team that is central to all events & operations on Nykaa, the individual is expected to own their workstreams end-to-end
