Role Overview:
Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for brand management and e-commerce? At Nykaa, we’re seeking a Brand Manager for our categories who will spearhead the growth and success of our diverse product lines on Nykaa.com. In this role, you’ll take ownership of your categories, leveraging both internal insights and external market trends to drive sales and elevate our brand presence.
Your Mission:
As the part of Brand Management, you’ll be the strategic force behind our e-commerce categories, responsible for driving sales, enhancing brand performance, and improving customer experiences. You’ll forecast trends, implement strategic projects, and ensure that every promotional effort aligns with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Driving Sales:
– Own top-line revenue goals, ensuring alignment with investment budgets and P&L targets.
– Develop and execute strategies to boost site metrics, including conversion rates and average order value (AOV).
– Manage and optimize website content to reflect promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and overall marketing strategies.
2. Monitoring Brand Performance:
– Negotiate budgets, set performance goals, and monitor brand performance closely.
– Secure margins in accordance with company guidelines.
– Plan and execute brand campaigns across various platforms, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
– Track and on brand recognition and awareness, delivering insights in approved formats.
3. Enhancing Customer Experience and Retention:
– Develop and implement strategies to drive customer retention and engagement.
– Boost banner revenue through targeted list growth, segmentation, and increased operational efficiency.
– Analyze user experience across channels using web analytics to identify and implement improvements.
What You Bring to the Table:
– Experience: 1-2 years in category management within the retail, e-commerce, or beauty industry.
– Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
– Skills:
– Strong negotiation and execution management abilities.
– Excellent client relationship management and analytical skills.
– Proficient in business presentations and strategic planning.
