Full Job Description
Numerator is looking to grow its Finance team in its Vadodara operations by hiring an Accountant. This individual should be able to efficiently multi-task as this position works cross-functionally within the organization and support the tremendous growth initiatives, for our operations in India.

Responsibilities:
Overall IGAAP accounting
End-to-end FAM accounting including preparation of Fixed Asset schedule for Company & income Tax Act quarterly and Yearly basis attaching to the Balance sheet, Physical verification of assets ( once in a year), asset addition, disposal of assets, etc.
Balance sheet Reconciliations
Handling PF/ ESIC matters Eg. PF registrations, ESIC registrations, coordinating with employees for their PF/ ESIC related queries
Payroll TDS returns including form 16 generation
Liasoning with the bank and other external agencies for various payroll related compliance
STPI compliance
Secretarial Compliance
Degree in Accounting/MBA Finance/CA Inter and at least 3+ years of core accounting experience
Well versatile with MS Excel, Word
Detailed oriented, ability to meet deadlines, multi‐task efficiently, and manage individuals
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus
