The role oversees finance disciplines within the company. You will be handling Finance Function towards Business growth, financial health, compliance and fund raise
Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 6 – 8 years’ experience in managing finance operations in a growing company with presence in multiple countries.
- Excellent knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations in India, USA and UAE.
- Deep knowledge of Revenue Recognition GAAP/IASB/IFRS 15/ASC 606
- Understand inter-operations management w/Sales/Marketing/Technical
- 1-2 years’ experience in SaaS FP&A (financial planning and analysis)
- Strong understanding of SaaS Analytics – e.g., MRR/ARR/CMARR/CAC/CLTV/DSO
- Understand Monthly Invoicing Automation
- Experience in managing teams and outsourced accounting and auditing partners
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Role Description
- Overall supervision of Finance & Accounts function
- Providing financial advice to leadership team for effective business decisions.
- Automate Accounting & CRM integration billings with existing & new clients
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Preparation of MIS reports
- Facilitate preparation of long-range plans, budgeting and forecasting – which are in line with the strategic goals & vision of the company
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget, Billing, A/R, A/P, GL review, Revenue Recognition, Collections, and pay-outs.
- Liaison with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
- Responsible for Statutory Compliances including GST, TDS, income Tax and VAT in the jurisdiction we operate in.
- Experience with Zoho, Quick books and understanding of Sage Intacct platforms
