ABOUT COMPANY : NPL BlueSky Automotive is a Technical Joint Venture formed between Nandan Petrochem Ltd. (NPL) and Kruse Group of Germany to manufacture and market AdBlue® in India. The objective of setting up this company is to supply AdBlue® to OEMs for their first fill requirement as well as to service their vehicles using the SCR Technology on the road.

JOB PROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CANDIDATE :
1. Data making & analysis for Refill/Milk Route. Closely working with Logistics H0-Mumbai.
2. New vendor development & management.
3. To ensure proper logistics data enter in SAP or other platform to support in Automation process.
4. Refill of DEF – Handling & coordination with plant team (logistics/Despatch) & Customer for smooth coordination.
5. Route planning for all Refill operation, should be effective & cost efficient. Ensure Continous improvement in process.
6. PAN India Co-ordination with in the team and cross functional department for the information related to vehicle placement.
7. PAN India Co-ordination with Vendor-Trucking company for vehicle report status and Alignment with their supervisor for vehicle number.
8. PAN India Updation in planned dispatch list about location added, loaded, material availability, vehicle report etc.
9. Proper allocation of L1 transporter based on Location expertise or vehicle type expertise or other selected criteria.
10. Ensure best possible load factor & utilisation of 90% load ability of truck.
11. Preparing & updating Vendor agreement on regular intervals.
12. Maintain Transit Time Sheet of all Transporters for PAN India, review of timely delivery.
13. Timely & correctly Transport delivery MIS.
14. Timely bill checking, sign & forward to next level.
15. Ensuring On time Transport bill payments for Refiil & Inward.
16. Ensuring Monthly Bank ledger reconciliation with concern Transporters.
17. Proactive and dedicated approach towards the work assignments.
18. Able to work under pressure.
19. Willingness to travel as/when required to Plants, Transport Godown, or truck site enroute in case of accident/Theft.
20. Efficient multi-tasking capabiiity & meticulous attention to detail.
21. Daily coordination with each HO departments & resolving their related queries those are iinked with logistics /transporters.
22. Market research, knowledge of local & National transport available in Plant area
23. Assist to obtain all Insurance claim related documents from Transport & sales team and submit to concerned department
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
Should have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Transportation/Logistics Management.
Should be a graduate. Diploma in Logistics or similar field is preferred.
Should be excellent in data analysis & making presentations.
