Sales & Marketing Planning
Plan weekly and monthly strategies in order to meet short to medium term activities to support hotel forecasting delivery.
Operational
Monitor inventory management.
Monitor and ensure data integrity for all accommodation and conference bookings.
Utilize statistical data to set future pricing & selling strategies for accommodation and event meeting space.
Monitor and ensure the delivery of standard operating procedures for reservations.
People Management
Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide effective and efficient services.
Ensure that the team has been trained for all safety provisions.
Financial Management
Assist the Management in setting annual pricing for all market segments.
Conduct frequent competitor research to ensure the pricing & selling strategies which reflect market demand and the hotel’s competitive position.
Identify optimal, cost effective use of the resources and educate the team on the same.
Prime Function:
Formulate and implement Revenue Management strategies for accommodation and event space in order to maximize revenue potential and increase competitive space.
Responsible for managing the Reservations Department.
Ensure that the organization’s sales strategies are effectively implemented in the inventory system.
Strive to maximize the revenue in coordination with the Sales & Marketing & Front Office directly to achieve the objectives.
Any matter which may affect the interests of Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach should be brought to the attention of the Management.
