Our Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE) team has a presence in key strategic Novartis locations. The Salesforce COE team works across a broad range of solutions spanning internal and external use cases. Manage and organize application development and deployment efforts for projects by compiling the required resources and assigning responsibilities according to a defined time schedule.Mange and ensure that solution delivery aligns to high-level designs and delivery is traceable to requirements in functional specification.Ensure delivery adheres to architectural roadmap and supports the development, execution and operations of solutions.Safeguard the delivery of solutions to meet requirements outlined in the project documentation. Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when delivering new solutions and services.Manage the application development standard including peer reviews and documentation associated with the build of product and platform capabilities. Ensure that all work is delivered to agreed time, cost and quality constraints.Ensure delivery of solution testing meets quality standards. Establish standardized delivery processes to enable cost effective delivery of solutions. Authorize and conduct application development handover and lead the solution discussions with the other work streams.Ensure that all release and deployment of solutions can be tracked, installed, tested, verified and backed out (if required). Ensure that solution delivers the expected outcomes and value for the customers. Ensure delivery is aligned with security and compliance policies and procedures.
Minimum requirements
University degree in business / technical area.Background in delivery on AWS environments highly desired.16 – 18 years of overall experience in IT. 10+ years of experience working in project management and solution delivery environments.Deep subject matter expertise in at least two of the following areas: Application development, Solution Delivery Lifecycles, Pharma, Life Sciences, Order Management, CRM or Sales & Marketing.Proven track rack record of solution delivery within large, global, multi-team projects dealing with complex process areas and business groups.Excellent stakeholder management, organizational, interpersonal, communication, presentation and writing skills.Highly dependable, outstanding attention to detail and strong follow-up skills. Ability to work with others in a high paced, fluid, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team.
