Senior Consultant, Centre of Excellence Enlighten team
The Department
The COE team is part of the Productivity organization and has broad responsibility for identifying and driving global, cross functional process improvement opportunities using a variety of optimization techniques. The department uses Enlighten, Lean Six Sigma and other change management Improvement methods to impact benefit levers of cost, quality, and risk. Enlighten Software is a productivity tool, that focus on Productivity, Utilization & Efficiency. It analyses data to assist management in making informed decision to maximize benefits and resources.
The senior consultant role is part of the COE team and will be responsible for rolling out Enlighten tool across different departments within/across the regions. This role also will identify areas of measurable improvements across the levers of Productivity, Utilization & Efficiency to reap benefits. Developing Dashboards Transition existing reports from existing reporting platforms to Tableau reporting application as well as developing new reports as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility is to work closely with operations team as well as enlighten consultant to transition existing reports from existing reporting platforms to Tableau and Power BI reporting.Operates independently; gain in-depth knowledge of enlighten tool (post training period)Understand & setup enlighten program to achieve department goalsFacilitates stakeholder collaboration across departments to address gaps and pain-points in data journeys.Train managers on “telling the story” behind team performance using key Enlighten metrics (e.g. Efficiency, Utilization, Productivity) in a manner that is consistent with program goals.Understand organizations goals and ensure that goal alignment is occurring at every level.Ensure the new methodology and behavioral change is firmly embedded across the business to facilitate long-term sustainability far beyond project completion.Develops periodic goals, organizes the work, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities, and ensures timely and accurate completion of the work.Work in tandem with Business Sponsors and Stakeholders to understand business vision and objectives in order to define, create and implement business process improvements that will drive efficiencies across the OrganizationResponsible for analysis, facilitation, training’s, mentoring, project reporting and providing recommendations for process improvements that will improve quality, reduce costs and establish appropriate process metrics and improve process controls.Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in individual and managed projects through effective implementation and change managementEvaluate existing business and operational flows and define the As-Is process models and To-Be process models for business process re-engineering initiatives, demonstrating commitment to the company’s vision and business strategies/objectives.Ensure a coordinated, consistent and effective delivery and benefit measurement plan, by planning and working with business and project teams.Ensure integrity and consistency in all initiatives and allocated tasks.
Skills/ Experience:
A college or university degree is a mustSix Sigma Green Belt certification is mandatory, Black Belt trained or certified.Experience in data analysis, reporting, warehousing and modeling. Power BI / Tableau related data visualization / analytic tools10+ years of relevant work experience in change management, process optimization/process re-engineeringPrior financial services experience is desirableProcess mapping, process improvement and operational change skills.Strong written communication skills to all levels of an organization including senior mgmt, with a client focused mindset. Proven ability to influence others.Good negotiation and conflict management skills.
