The most recent addition to the noon ecosystem, the noon Food mission is to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape, firmly putting the control and success back in the hands of retailers.

What you’ll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we’ve encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we’re driving major missions forward.

• Act as a point of contact for restaurants, addressing their needs and resolving technical and operational issues.
• Maintain effective communication with restaurant partners to foster strong, collaborative relationships.
• Assist in the day-to-day restaurant metrics ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Demonstrate an understanding of restaurant requirements to be able to service accurately and effectively.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly restaurant performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.
• Manage a set of restaurants to ensure KPIs are met based on their performance and work closely with Restaurant partners to improve metrics month on month.
• Help in identifying challenges and future opportunities.

What you’ll need:

• Prior experience working in a similar role dealing with restaurant partners.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English. (Hindi, Malayalam speakers preferred).
• Should go over and beyond in dealing with restaurant partners.
